Nail Spa

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The lady that did my nails was on call with people the whole time, I showed her my design ahead of time and she confidently said she could do it but when it was time to add the color she said that she was unable to complete the design. I came up with a second option that was very simple, but she said she was unable to do those too. I told her upon sitting in the chair that this was my first time, thinking she would help me navigate the chair and do whatever is easier for her, but no. I told her I wanted coffin nails which I mistakenly thought was a different nails, and when I showed her the pic AGAIN she literally blamed me and argued it wasn’t her fault after repeatedly telling her I wanted them sharper. Not anything close to what I wanted and was promised

Terrible work and horrible customer service. The lady had the audacity to tell me she’s been doing this for 20yrs as she misshaped 3 of my nails. It’s been 2 days and the color already coming off as well. Avoid going there.

Came here for a manicure with dip, the service was fast, easy, and on point. Mimi was my manicurist and did an excellent job. I also look for cleanliness and they were well kept.

I went yesterday for a gel manicure, so you think this is a professional manicure? $40.00 plus $10.00 tips just because the guy was really nice . But I will NEVER go back to this salon.
