Nail Splash & Foot Spa

I was honestly hesitant upon pulling up. Then I went inside. The receptionist was warm and friendly. My tech Tom was professional, courteous, kind and fast……with great precision and technique. Found me new Nail Salon not even 10 minutes from my house.

My nail technician is just simply awesome. Her name is Amy. She provides great customer service. She pays attention to detail. She offers great advice and reference to your nail color selections. What services you should get so take the time to go. It’s a great place.

I called on New Year’s Eve to ask if I could come in and was told yes. When I arrived, I was met with attitude as if they didn’t know I was coming at all. The nail tech was rude the entire appointment and very rough with my hands. I specifically asked for a cat eye design, which I get regularly, and what I received was not a cat eye design. When I called and mentioned my dissatisfaction the next day and asked to speak with a manager or have the color changed, I was spoken to rudely, cursed at, and told the manager wasn’t available and that nothing could be fixed until another day. I paid in full at the time of service even though I was unhappy, and I don’t understand why I should have to wait days to correct something as simple as a color change. My regular nail tech left so I tried a few of the ladies and finally landed on Kim. Kim is new to this shop but said she has 20 years experience. She was very friendly and made nice conversation but didn't talk TOO much, which is good because I wanted to watch a movie on my phone. She told me if I ever have a problem with my nails to come back and she'll fix them, no problem. I don't get designs but she told me she does designs if you show her a picture. My favorite part was she REALLY did a GREAT callous treatment on my feet. My feet stayed smooth long after my appointment. I'll be going to Kim from now on.

Staff here is nice, but services need to be better. A friend recommended this place. I got a mani/pedi/wax. BAD PEDICURE The pedicure did not feel at all like the guy was trying. The very first thing he did that I didn't like was to run cold water in the soaking tub. I asked for hot, and at best, it was lukewarm at first. The water was cold by the time he was done. The pedicure was mediocre. He didn't put the hot towels on my legs, no massage, and I just felt cheated. I actually paid for an upgrade to get rid of calluses. I didn't get it EVEN WORSE MANICURE I rarely get anything other than a regular manicure with clear polish. My nails are long, and I have large nail beds.
