Nail Spot

I’ve never felt compelled to stay committed to any nail salon until I found NAIL SPOT! I’ve been coming regularly for about 2 years now. Even after moving further away I still come to them! Hannah does my pedicures and should literally have a PhD in removing ingrowns! I’ve had the same two ingrown toenails ever since I was a kid and no other place has ever been able to remove them but Hannah does such a thorough job that it’s almost not even ingrown anymore! And Leena does my manicures and when I tell you: there has NEVER been a set she’s done without me getting bombarded with compliments on! She’s so great with freestyle designs and the nails almost never fall off! I’ve gone well over 2 months with the same nails on without them falling off between refills! I don’t know how she does it! T

This is my place but in December It just randomly clothes and they said they’d be reopened in January and they’re still not open. Does anybody know what’s going on?

Let me start off by saying that the staff is friendly and my pedicure was nicely done. However, the horror of my manicure completely obliterates all of that. Firstly, this tragedy took two full hours to complete. TWO! They hardly look coffin shaped at all, the technician (who’s name I don’t know, but she wears the pretty eye glasses and flowers on her face mask) cut me numerous times on my fingers while trying to remove the excess acrylic, they all are not an equal length, and my index finger on my left hand is completely crooked. Even AFTER I told her several times that this is not straight. Neeeeever coming back here again! Not only did the woman in charge not offer me a discounted rate, but let the technician know that I had a complaint and walked away.

Lynn was sweet, patient and friendly. She gave me exactly what I asked for even though she had never done this combination before. 10/10 will visit again.

I meant to leave this updated review a few weeks back. These girls are the best! My mom and I have been going to them for years and they never ever disappoint. I rolled into there after work that day we had a twister come thru the Houston area. The salon lost power and these girls still managed to work on me! 🤣 it was an experience for sure. Come hell or high water, best believe these ladies will make you look & feel glamorous no matter the weather condition. If I could leave them 10 starts I would!
