Was referred to this shop by a family member. I noticed upon arrival that the prices they gave me were way more than the prices on the board. They refused to do my feet and nails how they were shown in the pictures I showed them. Instead of them saying they didn’t know how to do acrylic toes and duck shaped nails they tried to convince me to get something other than what I wanted. I let it slide with my toes. The design on my toes are basic and she couldn’t even do that correctly. The same lady who wouldn’t do the acrylic toes is the one who was supposed to do my nails. Once she started on my nails, which she agreed would be duck shaped, like the pics I provided, I noticed that she cut the nail tip another way. I asked her to please take off. On Friday, December 13th, I visited this nail salon for the first time due to its proximity to my home and my limited time. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I requested a pedicure and a full set of nails. The technician who performed my pedicure, an older lady, used a foot file to scrape my feet but did not rinse it off and returned it to her box without properly sanitizing it. This practice was extremely unhygienic and concerning. The manager, who handled my full set, also left much to be desired. I asked for a simple French manicure with a specific nail shape, but she struggled with shaping the nails correctly, and I had to guide her on achieving the desired look. Jesus, did I wish I’d read the reviews. But I saw it across the street while I was running errands and thought, “Oh, let me get my nails soaked off while I’m out.” So it didn’t occur to me to check— very big mistake. I went in and asked if they did SOAK OFFs, because some salons will just use a nail tip and pry your acrylics off your nails and that tends to be very painful for some. They said yes they did, so I waited, then I was seated, and then my tech proceeded to PRY MY NAILS UP with a nail tip. I told her she was hurting me OVER AND OVER again and asked about soaking off, and she only said sorry or ignored me completely at each remark. I was very upset but also in a huge rush, so I just let her continue. I wish I’d had it in me and had the time to just get up and go somewhere else.

Broke my toe nail then tried to get me to pay for acrylic. No apology given or accountability was taken. Pedicure was awful, didn’t even complete it. When I kindly pointed out my broken toe she gathered all of her supplies and stormed off. 0/10 don’t recommend the interior is also old and outdated. I was shopping in the plaza and came in, I should have left when I saw I was the only customer.

I got the mid grade pedicure. Susan was the one that did my feet she did a wonderful job She massage my legs. I enjoyed the experience. A wonderful job thank you susan.
