Nail Stop

disgusting people. didn’t clean my nails and cut me several times. Didn’t cut my cuticles .Staff was beyond disrespectful. She stopped doing my nails to do other people nails and then proceeded to come back to be and wipe my nail polish off and told me she wasn’t doing my nails anymore and to go somewhere else.

Most uncomfortable experience ever!! I will not return. That being said... I got ANC dip -$40, and the light pink Pros: -clean and aired out nail salon -overall friendly staff (except my tech) Cons: -extremely painful experience -very few Dip colors available -the technician caused such pain from her long nails stabbing my palm through her rubber gloves, to the relentless drill used with her several attachments - I have small wounds littering my cuticles on both hands. - the coats on each nail are uneven for a weird reason so some nails are thicker than others The opposite of a pampering experience. I've been gping to Jennifer (owner) since the very beginning !! Her nails NEVER LIFT & I've NEVER had a nail fungus !!! I highly recommend Jennifer she does an OUTSTANDING job !

Very nice staff. Waiting time was longer than expected. Also wanted a certain way to have my nails done, didn’t tell me until polish time she couldn’t do what I asked!! But cost was super cheap and reasonable. Just needs to be more upfront if they can do mini designs or not, instead of saying yes then tell me no, when it comes to finishing up my nails. Also asked for change, wouldn’t give me ones. Can’t tip properly if you don’t want to give change for a $20 fairly. I rated 4 stars because $35 for a gel manicure in this area, I’ll take any day.

Went to another salon in the area and they had no idea that acrylic powder could have sparkles and were adamant that I had gel on. False. Jenifer from Nail stop took me as soon as I came in their salon and understood immediately what I was saying and asking for. Very thankful to have found her and her salon. Inexpensive and good quality. Very happy :)
