Nail Studio

I went there yesterday for a set for my birthday and it was so bad. It started great, the pedicure was really good and the guy Kenny who was doing my nails was fun to talk to but my first set wasn't what I asked for at all. He cut up my cuticles so bad as well. I went back after an hour or so because of how bad they were. They soaked them off but refused a refund but offered to fix them. Mind you I paid $130. The fix was a lot better but wasn't what I originally wanted but the lady said to not show nail techs photos because they won't do the same thing. I asked the gentlemen if he was able to do as I asked and he agreed. He was very unhappy when I went back for a fix and was pouting. Holly is absolutely the sweetest nail technician lady! My nails look amazing. Holly took her time was gentle yet thorough. She paid close attention to my cuticles. Giving detail sparkle to my ring finger as a design. I 100% would recommend Nail Studio in Concord.

He did an amazing job! Very kind and took the time to do exactly what I wanted. The store was clean and I loved how my December nails turned out! 🎄

I have been coming to nail studio for about 4 years. JoJo and Kenny always give me what I ask for. They’re super friendly and build a relationship with you. Doesn’t matter how much time passes as soon as I walk in I am greeted with two of the warmest smiles and a “heyyyyy honeyyyyy” from Kenny 🩵 I appreciate y’all!!

I just started going here about three months ago. I absolutely love everyone there and they really take the time and do an awesome job and it is a very clean atmosphere compared to some of the places I’ve been to in the past. This is definitely my new nail salon.
