The owner actually wound up doing my nails. Such a fantastic service. Really good care to customers’ comfort and satisfaction. I was able to show her pictures of what I wanted and she delivered! Thanks so much Van! And such a pleasant chat during my service. I also got a pedicure, which was done with such care and attention, I felt my pedicurist deserved a separate tip just for herself. I didn’t realize eyebrow waxing is also available at this location and was happy to get mine done so last minute. The gem here if you ask me is definitely the staff. Nails came out nice too!😃

I have been going here for more than 8 years, and I love it. The owners are so sweet, and they always make me feel right at home! Tuan does my nails, and he's fabulous! He's great with gel! Lee and Van have both done my nails, and they are great too! The environment is like a family because the husband and wife own the store and are manicurists. You immediately become part of their family when you enter, and I couldn't ask for anything better! They make me feel important every time I'm there, and I feel like that's what missing at every other salon I've been to.

Nice people overall. I did notice that regulars get a lot of attention. The lady that I got my manicure from was on her her phone half the time and I didn’t like that. Her technique (brush stroke) wasn’t the best I got a gel rose gold and it was lumpy! At the end my thumbs has nail polish and I asked if they could clean it up and they said to wash my hands and it would come out. Would I come back? Maybe, at the end of the day customer service is customer service!

Initially came to get my thumbnail fixed and decided to get a pedicure as well. The pedicure was good but over priced for the actual treatment of just a sugar scrub and lotion massage which is $30. The fixed acrylic nail looked terrible in the end. The nail was cut too short and when I pointed that out she told me it would look fine after being filed. She then put a huge glop of acrylic on my nail and unevenly spread it out then told me to hold my nail to a fan and never proceeded to run the file over it. I was left with a short, thick and crooked thumb. I didn’t argue with her so I just paid and left. I went there because of the good reviews I read. You can call me spoiled with really good service from my country or even in another locations in Houston but these people definitely need to improve their job. Was just waisting of time and money. I did regular manicure and it was dry but after 10 min from salon polish started to pill of. When ppl requesting pedicure it should be good clean from dead skin of heels. The lady just was slightly touching me with her brush. No results. I still have the same dead skin and when I asked if they have metallic thing for heel they keep telling me that metallic is prohibited in USA. And I did before in really cool expensive place and they used metallic. Also gel polish for 1 nail from feet was gone. Anyway I was completely disappointed.
