Review from April 12th I have debated writing this review for some time because the technician who actually did my pedicure was very sweet, did a great job, and the salon itself was clean and professional. This was my first visit, so I don’t know all of the employees’ names. However, I still feel unsettled months later when I think about my experience here. I originally came only because I mistakenly didn’t book a pedicure at my regular salon and decided to give this place a try. As soon as I walked in, one employee who was very loud began making repeated comments about my nails, which had just been done at my usual salon (not at this establishment). I have found my experiences here very welcoming. They allow walk-ins and of course you can anticipate a wait but that proves that they are doing a great job. I previously was going to Luss and they take forever to get you going even when you book an appointment. My gel nails last much longer at Nail Studio & Spa and the time it takes to get them done once in the chair is super fast. Will continue to come here and recommend. Thanks!

I don't get my nails done often and am not overly well versed in what I need to ask for when I get a manicure. I usually show a picture or pic a color and shape, etc. I did the same thing at this salon and while the nail tech got the color and shape right, she did nothing to my cuticles to clean them up or any type of manicure. The manager said you have to specify that and that it's an extra charge. I assumed that when you get your nails done, they always do this. I that when I came in with completely trashed cuticles and asked to have my nails done, they clarified if I wanted a manicure as an upcharge to the nails/polish. The nails I got have a lot of areas where I wish they were cleaner, and one nail is very crooked. See pics.

I’ve been going here every time I need my nails done for the last 8 years. They’re so welcoming and provide a fun atmosphere all around! Time efficient! Tweet always does an amazing job with my gel French tips. She’s got an eye for detail. 😍

I took my daughter for her first manicure and pedicure, they helped her decide what sort of nails polish and color she should get. All the staff members were really nice and friendly, I would most definitely will bring daughter and wife there again.
