There is a serious professionalism issue within parts of the beauty industry in Buffalo, and unfortunately, this salon reinforced that concern. While I appreciated that they were able to accommodate me on short notice especially since many nail salons no longer accept walk-ins , I will not be returning due to the unprofessional conduct I experienced. Based on their pricing and the polite tone of the person I spoke with when booking my 6 PM appointment, I expected a higher level of professionalism. Note: On the phone I was quoted a price of $108. In person I was told the service would be $133. Upon arrival, I was serviced by a nail technician who did not introduce himself. Ly is patient and kind! I always come with out an appointment and I am taken cared of within minutes and out of their in a reasonable timeframe.

I got my natural nails manicure with gel a week ago and I’ve been rough with them and the nail polish is still perfect and did not chip! I love this place. They’re the best. I always go there and never had a complaint.

The best nail salon in the north towns! They are clean, fast, and do beautiful nails! All of the nail tech are amazing but Ly always goes above and beyond! Highly recommend them!
