I had a great experience with Nail Time. I received the Volcano Pedicure with gel and dip manicure, both French. Both Sony and Helen did a great job and held conversation to make me feel comfortable. Both Sony and Helen checked with me before finalizing my services to guarantee satisfaction. The price was very reasonable especially for the services received. I had the opportunity to speak with Lee whom is the owner. She was very kind and even thanked me for patronizing her business. All in all a 10/10 experience, I will be returning.

My first time here why the staff are really nice and the customer service is exceptional I would say. The service and price just don’t match I came for a fill on natural nails and pedicure the pedicure was coo but they didn’t know how to paint frenchies at all my nails look so thick it’s so sad I asked for square I got oval and they charged me more then I usually pay at my nail tech and not even good work or good frenchie and designs also my nails where not even shaped evenly. Eventually I just told her finish and I was ready to go since I wasn’t happy with the work of effort. People are really nice but I wouldn’t go back. Photo for reference what I wanted vs what I got

Customer service was excellent. Michael went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied while also explaining in depth about their services. He was very knowledgeable and patient with explaining the prices and also future appointments. I highly recommend nail time when you are in the area. This was by far the best experience ever. Michael had such a great sense of humor, and all staff was very welcoming in a friendly environment! The nail salon was very clean and smelled fresh. I love it!

Today I brought my 5 year old niece in for her first ever nail appointment. She is special needs and can sometimes be fearful of new things. Sony was so incredibly patient with her and did a great job explaining everything. Thank you so much!

Moon and Haylen were great, I was in Overland Park for a wedding and they made me feel very pampered! Great spot, very kind workers and they were quick. Got a gel mani and pedi done at the same time. They put effort into rubbing my feet and hands, honestly it’s the longest foot / hand rub I’ve had at a nail salon while still only being there an hour. Would come here all the time if I lived out this way. Also very affordable. Thank you guys!!
