I thought I was going to grow to love these but I couldn’t. I went in last week to get my nails and toes done before going on a trip. Upon arrival, I was the 3rd person and I did not wait to be served which was okay. However, while picking the nail color and explaining to the ladies what I wanted, I felt like they were rushing me and the language barrier was there. After seating down on the pedicure chair, I had two ladies working on me (one on my toes & one on my hands). I really felt that the lady on my toes was doing a great job, however the lady on my hands did not. I was applied 1 coat of pink base on my toes and I got 2-3 on my hands, while I saw this I was concerned my hands would look different than my toes and they did…Fast forward to the end, the lady on my toes got done faster t

anywhere in a 20 minute radius will charge you double and make you wait 30 minutes after appointment time. this is the best hidden gem of salons the staff is prompt, kind, and consistent with details. i came in with no pinkie nail a few months ago after a chop shop and i can now happily say 9/10 of these nails are my natural nails with dip these ladies are so careful and precise i no longer have to worry about weak chipped broken nails. switching the champagne and chandelier for reliable and reasonably priced. 💗💗

Stopped in Thursday mid morning and was sat immediately and offered a complimentary drink. Basic manicure with gel polish (natural nails) ran me $35. Shop was clean and they seemingly used new tools. ALL the ladies were welcoming and friendly. Nail tech confirmed the shade of white I wanted before and after application in a way that made me feel like they wanted to ensure I was happy and satisfied (oppose to insinuating I should pick something or judging my pick). I think she gave great attention to my cuticles, which was needed. Managed to get them together without jabbing or bleeding. Paint job itself could be slightly neater near the cuticle but customer service goes a long way for me in the nail industry so I’ll be back!

This was my first time coming to this salon and it’s definitely going to be my last. I got there 10 minutes passed their opening time and no one was there yet. That should’ve been my first cue to leave. The pedicure I had coming in looked better than how it looked leaving. When filling the tub she said the water was cold and still expected me to put my feet in. I had to ask to go to a different chair. She wanted to make my nails more square but now all of them are different shapes and lengths. Some of my toes aren’t even painted entirely. The person who did my French tips was also sloppy. There is glue under my nails. She also put white dip on my nails instead of the clear base coat so the nails look blended together. She cut my nails beds and now they feel raw and are bleeding.
