Nail Today

Went here at my mom's request. Wanted to treat her to pampering for mothers day. Spent almost 200 dollars for the kind of work I have done myself. No cuticle work. My mom was so upset, she went back for them to redo it. I asked the lady doing my nails to do a flower design. She used the nailpolish brush and legit BRUSHED on 5 dots and did the same with pink nail polish. She then attempted to use the design polish to draw swoop lines from that flower that looked like something done by a 5th grader learning art. Then she asked me , this looks ok right? I told her that looks nothing like it and to just do what she was comfortable with. Oh also I asked for stilleto nails. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I have gone there for five years, however the quality of work has gone down. I went to another shop and loved the work but I went back to Nail Today out of loyalty. The work wasn't up to my standards. I think they may take my loyalty for granted. I will only go back if it is an emergency and I must have my nails done quickly.

I have been going to this nail salon for many years. There are a lot of hit or miss just depends on if it's your lucky day and if they feel like working. If they feel like keeping you as a customer. They do mediocre work. I have tried all the ladies in this shop. Like I said hit or miss. I treat everyone with respect I don't know these ladies enough to say they are my friend. But yet they ask to many prying questions when all I expect is a service for pay. And Lord bless them pls don't want cut me with your tools. They do not speak to you when you hit the door they don't acknowledge you when you inquire about there services. The last time I went it was one lady giving a customer a pedicure. She did not speak to me until I spoke to her. I was not sure how many where staffed at the time. So

Today I went to 2 nail shops before I came to nail today, I was already 😡 about my 30 min to an hour being wasted at the 2 nail shop I went to. As soon as u came in nail today they were very professional and friendly. I am a new customer for the simple fact they acknowledged me as soon as I came in and were fully staff to get into a chair right away. They took their time and did my feet and hands right. I recommend you to try nail today you will fall on love as soon as you walk in.

I just love these ladies this was my first time back in a year and it was still the same crew (had been for years and years) and they all remembered me made me feel good 😁 hardly a wait if it's not a holiday or anything, they keep it pretty well staffed. They speak and understand English well and have nice color options. I'll be back in 2 weeks for a refill!
