Nail Trap

Absolutely trash...they clearly dont care about the work they deliver. I sat with a nail tech from 330 to 630pm on a overlay of my natural nails... she refused to do the shape as I asked, refused to look for the color I wanted on my French tip. After so much of being unsatisfied I asked for simple all black nails. Shellac. The same night my nails peeled off. I will be following up for a refund today! Mind you these nails were applied on last Tuesday that have chipped off from day.

This is my second time coming here and I just came back last Friday and I had a bad experience this time from the moment I sat down I explained to the lady specifically what I wanted.She suggested another color because she said the color was too light, I wanted almond French tip sky blue but she told me another strong blue, I looked at it and I told her I wanted light blue But she insisted on the other color and told her it was fine. She did a very dirty job, She hurt me a lot and cut me, instead of using a spatula to put my nail leather up, she did it with the machine And it hurt me too much. When she finished her work, I wasn't convinced.With the final result the color was very strong and also the French tip was very crooked and I didn't like it, I told her that I didn't want them but

Horrible service. I went for just a soak off for my nails and the person filed so low that she removed my nail!!!! Now it hurts. Look at the picture so u can see how much she removed. All my nails are matching except the one she filed so down with the machine!!!

Worst service ever!! People walk I and get serviced immediately for brows and lashes when you’ve been sitting and waiting for hours! Very poor service and attitudes

It’s called the nail trap for a reason. This place takes forever I went in at 11am and left at 3pm. She didn’t even finish my manicure.Then she has the nerve to say it was my fault because I wanted short nails. Make it make sense. When a customer would come in for eyebrow wax she would just leave me there hanging. This was all the work of the woman that keeps blinking her eyes like she has a tick or something. I should’ve known when I saw that. Also they don’t accept card payment. This is 2024. Get with the times!
