If I could give this place a zero, I would, my girlfriend and her friends got their nails done here and it was the worst experience they could have ever had. Both of their designs were messed up beyond recognition of the reference photo they used. The person doing the nails was extremely rude and non comprehensive and you could barely understand what the lady was saying! She also was refusing to include things that were in the design and was saying that it was a 10 dollar up charge for the extra design pieces. She also was cutting into their fingers and making them bleed. When she said she could fix them or remove them it WAS 30 DOLLARS MORE to fix them! This place is absolute trash and they refuse refunds (probably because they know they’re horrible at their jobs and they wouldn’t get any

PLEASE READ!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I got my nails done on Saturday before going to a concert, and they accommodated to my friend and I really fast but the first thing you’ll notice is that they do not use new tools and they do not sanitize their tools either. They rush you to pick a colour and will try and convince you to get gel. I opted for acrylic nails, and for starters, they do not clean your cuticles. When she went to file the surface of my nails, she didn’t wipe off the dust after and just proceeded to glue on the tips. Every. Single. Nail. Is extremely unlevelled, and the nail stickers weren’t even applied properly. It’s only been two days, and 3 nails broke already, and the rest are lifting, it’s actually comical. And the cherry on top is that after conversion, I paid $119 Canadian do

I brought my daughter here for a manicure and pedicure, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They did an excellent job on both her hands and feet. The salon is professional and clean, ensuring a pleasant experience. With great prices, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality nail care. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we were very satisfied with the service. If you are looking for a professional and affordable nail salon, this is the place to go.

Horrible rushed service. Got a pedicure and Trinh or whatever her names is rushed by service. She did not clean and service my cuticles call massage lotion in my feet is I'm normally used to getting during a pedicure. She got upset with me because I didn't get the shape of nails she suggested. She did a half job. I paid for the same service for my friend who was being serviced by another lady who did A plus plus work. I paid all in all 123 for a full set and a pedicure the lady took no time she took MAYBE 45 minutes for the whole service. Tried to call back to complain to the owner because I don't like making the same but no one ever answers. I never complain about nail services but this was deplorable

They talked me into just gel instead of dips and rushed through them and now they are peeling. What a waste of money. They charged extra to remove callus from my feet but yet here they remain. I would never go back. They did my daughters nails too and I don’t have pictures of those but they left a hair from the brush on her nail we went back the next day instead of redoing the whole nail they buffed off the hair repainted that part then sent her on her way. We tried several times to visit with them and they just talked in their languages and ignored us. Very rude staff and not worth going there ever
