Nail Trix & Spa Bowie Town Center

I had an excellent experience with Connie on January 15, 2026 at Nail Trix in Bowie Town Center. She was extremely professional, patient, and accommodating throughout my visit. As someone with Type 2 diabetes, it can be very difficult to find a nail technician who is knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive during a pedicure. Connie took great care, made sure I was comfortable, and delivered outstanding service with attention to detail. Her professionalism and understanding truly set her apart. I left feeling confident, cared for, and very satisfied with the quality of her work. I highly recommend Connie to anyone—especially those who require extra care and consideration.

Look at my nails. A HOT MESS. $45 gel manicure. Charged me $10 extra for two nails that the tech put a tip on for no reason whatsoever I guess just to make extra money and she glued my broken natural nail so that was additional $5, too. Anything to make an extra buck. Then, they gave me an itemized receipt that does not reflect the services I actually received. Because of the language barrier, the front desk person couldn’t articulate why she couldn’t give me an accurate receipt and claims the amount I paid was correct. Who knows if I paid more or less. This actually constitutes as fraud.

I had the privilege of receiving service from Mimi. I called the salon around 7pm asking to get a manicure and pedicure. She told me to come on in. I arrived around 730-740 and immediately she was very welcoming. I was offered some water, got the best massage in the chair and was able to relax while she did a fantastic job on my pedicure. She was very sweet and chatted with me, while also reminding me to relax and enjoy. My nails equally turned out beautiful. She was, hands down, the best part of my evening. I will be coming back and asking for her specifically.

Got here with my family 3 of us at 8:12pm. Only Mimi was the staff available Mind you they close at 9pm she still let us in. We elect she can just do only my wife and if time she can do my daughter. Fortunately for us she said she got us. Given the fact that she is tired. I’ll tell you this woman needs a raise for holding it down start to finish perfectly and effortlessly. Her politeness and professionalism is one of a kind. I told my wife if we not coming here let my toes be like that. Ask for Mimi when next you come thank me later. I hardly write reviews but I had to do this one hope it boost you to go for their services

I have been going to Jenny for 2 years now. She is very professional and prompt always gives me the best manicure. I would recommend giving her a try. At first I was a little shy being a male glad I stopped by the shop.
