Don’t waste your time and money going here, they are deceptive and don’t know what they’re doing. I had been seeing the same amazing nail artist in Hanover for 4+ years, but I just moved to the Towson area and needed a new salon. I made an appointment with Bocasa, who had tons of great reviews on here. When I called to schedule, I said I wanted an acrylic fill and design with REGULAR polish, not gel. I had never done gel before and it was never an issue at my old salon getting fairly simple designs without it. I showed Bocasa the inspiration photo (pictured), and we decided on a shimmery off white base color with a glittery red for the bow design. When she showed me color swatches and went to grab colors, I reiterated several times that I wanted REGULAR polish not gel. I got some pushback

Asked for gel overlay. Told the guy that I wanted to build a nail and that I wanted almond shape. They told me a tip to make longer and I replied, “I want to build my nail with gel” the male in the store told me that I should’ve said, “sculpted nail”. The thing is, if you are unsure of what a paying customer wants, you ask. You don’t just proceed to file their nail bed down and then apply acrylic, hear me questioning what’s being applied and then continue to apply anyway. Then the acrylic is done sloppily, some of my nails are thicker than the others and I specified I didn’t want them to be thick I wanted the nails to be natural looking. Then there are air bubbles throughout my nails. Inconsistent design detail. To make matters worse, they start talking in their native language and laugh

Bocasa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love my nails! 💅🏽 Every detail came out perfect — the shape, length, and color were exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was top-tier from start to finish. My nail tech took their time to make sure everything looked flawless and made me feel comfortable the entire appointment. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! Definitely found my new go-to spot. 💖✨

This place is absolutely amazing. They are accommodating and very welcoming. The service was quick but they do not skip on the luxury services. My mother and I had Bocasa and Jenny. They were fast and extremely helpful. They gave great advice for nails.

Bocasa did an amazing job on my nails! She was super friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. She worked fast but was still very accurate and detailed. My nails came out perfect and I absolutely love them. She was so kind and even offered me something to drink, which I really appreciated. Great vibes, great service, and beautiful results. I’ll definitely be back!
