Customer Reviews
My daughter and I went for her 12th bday for a basic manicure. The girl who did my daughter's nails seemed very nice, the older lady that did mine was not friendly at all. I was struggling to hear and understand her due to them wearing masks and the plexiglass shield between us so she just quit talking to me altogether. She didn't let the paint dry between coats sent me to the dryer at the end and disappeared. My nails had bubbles thru the paint and she missed parts on the sides of my nails. What I thought would be a fun experience for us (my daughter's first time getting a manicure) ended up being a huge waste of money since neither of our nails lasted until the next day. Mine chipped so bad by day 2 I had to remove the polish.
They have been MY nail spot for 10+ years, would NEVER go anywhere else. My nails are ALWAYS on point, period. However, do NOT recommend for pedi's...I've tried 3x, waste of money. They wash your feet, paint your toes & charge $60. I do a better job myself.
The regular lady at the front wasn't there so another young lady did my wax. My eyebrows needed a little clean up,that was ok,my upper lip still had hair after she was done,I told her not to reapply anymore wax as I didn't want to get burn. When she got to my armpits,it hurt and hardly any hair was removed. I told her to forget it and I will go home and use Nair. She left alot of wax under my arm and I had to use a razor as she burnt me soo bad under my arm. If she didn't know how to,she should've said so. Now I have razor bumps from using a razor and patches of my skin missing from the wax. See picture attached.
I went to get my toes done and the person who did my pedi was super rough and ignorant she dug at my toes over and over and over again, even after I said it hurt and then kept looking up at me when I would move or yell at me and make me feel like I shouldn’t be moving or yelling I was almost in tears. It hurts so bad. My toes are so sore. I will never go back there again for my toes, however The lady that did my nails was amazing but for now on, I will be going to Anna‘s nails on Jefferson Avenue
They did a great job! Love the color selection and the customer service was great!
