Nail Tulip

First trip was gel set and pedicure. A couple days later the entire gel came off and another nail chipped. I had it replaced to a non-matching silver and was relaxed. Today the middle finger lost the complete gel. I went back and told to stop picking my nails off. Mind you was told by the owner she did fixed nails for me the day prior and no more fixing. It will be $5.00 each. I inquired to see why they are popping off and chipping. She just kept yelling at me. I have great and strong nail beds. I informed her the young man did so many coats and asked if that could not be a reason. She never answered and started speaking in her native language and walked away. . After returning following an absence of going to other nail shops that’s way cheaper than nail Tulip they increased prices 3-4xs last year, I specifically requested Van for a pedicure and dip no one does nails great like her so I came back for her and willing to pay their price. Lee Lee initially arranged for Van to handle the dip first, but the situation took a turn when I ended up with John, Van's husband, for a pedicure. I'm uncomfortable with men, especially John, handling my feet due to his excessive talking and subpar work. Asking me questions like “where do you live” he wanted to know the exact area and asking “do you have a man?” etc. After HE MESSED UP my regular polished feet, by touching the polish. Been getting my nails done for awhile and a younger guy usually does them and he does great. Yesterday I had a lady do them and they look horrid. The nails are different shapes and she used the damn electric file so much she made me bleed on 2 fingers. She didn't say a word. The clear coat is bumpy and not smooth. Awful experience. Won't be back.

I came less than two weeks ago to get my nails done. It cost me $80 plus tip included went back for a fill-in and got charged $65 just for the fill in itself don’t recommend
