I took my family to get pedicures. The girls were nice, but the owner left a lot to be desired. She's a very rude person who kept telling her employees to hurry up, which really detracted from the service. The boss, whose name I think is Grace, treated one of her employees very badly right in front of me, which reflected poorly on the business in front of the customers. I don't recommend this place because of how that woman treats her employees; she's very self-centered.

Love this place, this is my new spot in the area. It does get crowded so you are better off scheduling your appointment. Love Nora she does a great job with my pedicure. Love Grace! They massage your back for about 3mins after getting your nails done. For a regular pedicure they use hot stones to massage your feet, keep in mind this would be an extra charge in another places. After getting your hands done they scrub your hands too, which is amazing. It is worth the waiting. Definitely recommend this place.

Please do not provide this business with your money. The owner does not treat her staff well. She is very rude to them in front of the customers. I've seen that she doesn't give her employees any lunch or breaks throughout the long workday. If you are even 5 minutes late to your appointment, she is very nasty with you. She does not know how to speak to people.

It was my first time. I loved the friendliness, the desire to please you and make you comfortable. Norma was my nail technician. She was pleasant and professional. She is very articulate in shaping the nail and cleaning the cuticles and skin around the nail. She did everything with a peaceful and relaxing approach. I am a happy customer after having a bad experience at Nail Trix in Pennsylvania

I went to get a gel manicure and pedicure on Friday but by Sunday my manicure started pilling. The amount of nail polish they put was so light that you could see how it’s kinda faded. I called twice and both times the owner is not there so they can’t help me, I hit them up thru instagram and no answer either. That’s a terrible way to do business. I Won’t be going there again.
