Nail Xpress

I went to nails x press to get a manicure and pedicure. I had dipped powder on that had to be removed. I understand getting charged $10 for that . They had a guy doing my manicure that I believe was in training because he did not know what he was doing and my nails was ugly I asked him to take them off and I told by a employee that I had to pay a extra 15 to get them removed. That was his fault my nails didn’t turn out right. The guy told the manager I didn’t like the color I guess to save himself. When he know I told him they was ugly while he was doing my nails and he said hold on let me finish. I let him finish my nails and they was still ugly. Be carful coming here. I will never come here again.

Ben consistently executes my designs - no matter how simple or complex. HE'S A MASTER AT SHAPING. Lily always gets my pedicure right & is SO relaxing. Tina takes care of my eyebrows every time.

The facility itself is absolutely beautiful — clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. It’s clear that great care has gone into creating an inviting atmosphere. While the overall service wasn’t horrible, there was a noticeable absence of genuine customer service. Inquiries made by guests should be welcomed as a sign of engagement, not treated as inconveniences. Asking a question does not always imply dissatisfaction — often it’s simply a desire for clarity or deeper understanding. Unfortunately, responses at times felt dismissive rather than helpful. With a space this lovely, enhancing the human element through more attentive and responsive service would truly elevate the experience. There’s so much potential here — it just needs to be matched by the same level of care in custo

So you have a kid menu but charge me adult charges for a 12 year old. I will never go back. First time and last time

The work they do is amazing. But the owener did my nails i got gel nails with chrome and the gel was going over my cuticles. She kept making excuses and while another nail texh was doing my pedicure ( found out it was her daughter) she saw my nails and fixed them with no questions. The work is amazibg and i will be going back. She also took her time doing my feet and all i purchased was the basic pedicure which was $25. This was the best $90 ive spent at a nail salon.
