Set up my appointment online. It requires that you upload your debit or credit card before you go on site. As soon as I walked in, there were very kind and welcoming. They offered me hot tea or water or hot chocolate or a coffee. I chose a green tea then they ask you to choose your color and that was an easy process within a minute or so they had me back there starting my manicure and she was very gentle. Then halfway through the manicure, she asked me to get up and move over to the pedicure area and she finished my manicure while the other ladies started my pedicure. It was a really quick process, relaxing a massage my hand in my legs while they were doing the manicure and pedicure overall is very pleased with both.

Oh my gosh, I was privileged enough to get a manicure and some acrylic nails, and I brought in the last photo which I’ve had in my phone for a couple years now just as a dream, knowing that I probably couldn’t find someone that would ever do it that I could afford, but I was lucky enough to get blessed with Sarah and Dora and I also had a mail. I don’t remember his name but he did a pedicure on me, which was pretty good although I have Bose lines in my nails, so it’s kind of cracked already sadly but the level of detail and how kind they were Really just changed my whole perspective on nail salons and it was expensive, but they were also willing to be reasonable about the amount of time and not overcharge if it wasn’t a full hour cause they say it’s $65 for every hour after they do the bas

Dina was great! I got builder gel and a cats eye design for the first time and she was very helpful in guiding me through the process. I also got a hand massage and she checked in with me to make sure it was the right pressure and not painful at all. Super friendly and a positive experience all around. Next time I’m in Chicago I will be back! 🫶🏻

This was my first time visiting and Anna and my whole experience was wonderful. My appointment ran smoothly on time, and Anna checked in with me throughout to make sure I was happy with the length, shape, color for my nails. I got a no-chip manicure with a gel overlay to help reinforce/strengthen my thin nails. Anna was professional, thorough, and I enjoyed speaking with her. I highly recommend Anna, and was told that her schedule is often full, so she’s in demand and for good reason! I keep my nails very short (rounded square shape) and plain when it comes to polish or art. Although simple looking, it is harder to pull off successfully since you can’t hide mistakes. I have been going to NailàCarte for about 9 months and always have a great experience. All the nail techs are excellent and friendly. LuLu is my go-to girl and does an amazing job with fun designs. Highly recommend!
