Nail'd it!, LLC

This was my first time coming to this shop and I had the pleasure of having Izzy today and she did AMAZING job. She was very attentive and made sure I loved my nails every step of the way.

My first visit here in June of this year was great, I loved my nails and despite the busy salon, everything went perfect. I also thought the price for a manicure fill with no design was affordable. My second appointment was awful; it was made for 2pm on a weekday and I arrived on time at 2pm. I then had to sit and wait an hour at the front of the salon because there was only one young, recent high-school graduate, nail artist who was already doing someone's nails. I was confused because I made an appointment but there was only one nail tech working. I wait the hour past my appointment, sometime the boss comes in like 45 min into my fill saying thank you for waiting and I don't think it is worth it to complain. They’re not called Nail’d it for a reason! If you’re looking for a forever nail tech/nail place, this is the place!!! The vibe is nice, ladies are Phenomenal and PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND WORTH IT. Here’s a few pictures done by my nail tech Siham over the years.

I called ahead to inquire if this salon offered a powder dip service. I was informed they do not dip the nails in the powder post-Covid. Instead, they do a powder overlay with acrylic. In truth, I had no idea what that meant and was ok with the taking the gamble. Visit 1: Apparently the color I chose was problematic with the drying process because after everything was done, the product felt like rubber on my nails and it was peeling off. The technician was very apologetic and said she would fix it. It was “fixed” by applying an overlay of acrylic- which turns out it was a missed step. This was the technicians 2 or 3 day of work. I would just like to let it be known that I truly enjoy every single moment that I'm here at nailed it these girls here and the staff are such wonderful charismatic people that I've ever come encountered with. Not only do they take the time to get to know who you are as a person, but they also take the time to ask you exactly what you like and how you want your service is done. They offer wonderful refreshments; they take appointments and walk-ins they really do try to find the needs to fit you as a customer and for that I'm forever grateful for this establishment. I want to give a warm thank you to all the girls, the whole entire team in front and back office of nailed it , thank you thank you I wish you guys nothing but the best.
