Nail’d It Nola

I’m not sure what my nail tech’s name is but she did not do a set worth over $100. She nicked me twice and I bled. She did apologize the first time. Multiple cuticles feel sore. A nail is not even and that’s probably due to her watching something on her phone as she’s doing my nails. She didn’t check the nails to see if they were even until I looked at them and told her. Yet it’s still not even. I’m not usually one to write bad reviews but for the money I spent it’s warranted. She was nice but the work wasn’t. Maybe if she spent more attention on what she was doing I’m sure it would’ve came out nice. Pedicure was quick. They also have a high card fee so watch out for that. To end on a high note everyone there was friendly and it is a cute salon.

Love this place! Tracie is my favorite tech. She's fast and amazing with shapes. My nails never lift or break. Ima be a client forever.

I’m almost embarrassed to share the picture. I wanted to give the artist Toni a second chance. But this honestly hurts and I wish I hadn’t. This is after two weeks. I have never had my nails so thin, they literally start cracking in one week and the next week they are breaking off. I understand the hustle of the two week refill, trying to get ppl back in your chair, but this is ridiculous. Take care of my nails/ nail beds, and I’ll take care of you. I’m coming back if you do a good job no matter if it’s 2,3,4,5,6 weeks later. But I don’t think I can come back again. Look at the nails you can see the lines running across them

Diana does pretty nails but she rushes through it, Tried their pedicures 3 different times and yeah don’t go there for pedicures. My biggest issue is they will change your appointment after hours so you can’t call and put it back how it was so you’re basically stuck with being charged 40 for “last min cancelation” or whatever when THEY change time not you. They will also change techs randomly without asking! Again if I wanted someone else I’d book with them but I didn’t! I had my appointment changed 5 times in one day before. Like if I schedule a certain time then that’s the time I want/need!!! Stop making changes without asking people first! A call or txt is not hard to do!
