Nailed It Hoboken - Willow

Donna is amazing. Tbh I don’t even want other people to know about her because she’s that good lol. Cuticle care is really important to me, and she did such an incredible job. She kept checking in to make sure everything was okay, and I really appreciated how considerate she was. She’s truly amazing. Plus, I feel like the Willow location is way kinder. I’ve been to both Madison and Willow, and the receptionist at the Madison location wasn’t very friendly or professional. But at the Willow location, I’ve always had a great experience.

Such an amazing manicure at Nailed It Willow. I’ve been to the Madison location several times as well- I am so happy I found this salon right when I moved to the area, as they constantly deliver great services. Marlene’s attention to detail was amazing, I couldn’t love my new set more. I’ll be back!

I’ve been going to the Madison location since I moved here last year. By chance my appointment got rescheduled to Ashley and I cannot be more lucky, because she is just the best. She takes my inspo pics and makes them x10 better and is so attentive to details. Also a perk with the new location is how clean and friendly it is!

Dani is incredible! Took her time to do a clean and detailed manicure and so talented with design. Told her I wanted beach vibes for my upcoming vacation and the result was better than I imagined! 10/10.

I recently had my nails done by Donna, and I was very disappointed with the service. Throughout the appointment, she kept me waiting multiple times, which was quite unprofessional. She also repeatedly pressured me to add extra designs. I ended up agreeing to them, but it made the session take far too long and I finished much later than expected. To make matters worse, I wasn't even happy with the final result. Given the long wait and the constant upselling, the quality of the work was not worth the time or the extra cost.
