Wonderful experience (much different than a few years ago). Phi was very nice and explained everything, she did push a higher package for my pedicure, but that's normal for any busness these days. She listened to my concerns and did a beuatiful job. Second good experience here, I will come back.

The salon is clean and the staff are extremely hospitable; was taken in for my walk-in as soon as I checked in. Dexter did my nails exactly as seen on my reference picture! Was thoroughly satisfied with the service at Nailery Hawaii Kai and will be returning again 🤍

I was greeted with a huge smile by Jackie. She was extremely friendly and professional. Within minutes I was sitting in a massage chair. Very pleased with every moment. I asked for the “spa pedi gel polish - $65. I should have requested a few more minutes for the leg massage as it was very therapeutic. I had gone previously in May and was Disappointed with the massage. So I was skeptical this time. Because of Jackie I will return in the future.
