This has to be the worst nail salon in the city. Just don’t get your nails done here because it seems convenient. My wife’s nails took 3 hours and look at this pedi I got in the photo. What kind of job is that? I honestly should ask for a refund

Walked in for a gel pedicure. No other customers were in the space. One of the techs was full on napping in the pedicure chair with his hat over his face. Three people were working and it took 15 minutes for my service to begin. My tech couldn't seem to find the tool needed to remove the gel I already had on. She was very polite, but also worked incredibly slow. I appreicate being thorough, but this was excessive and she did not seem very skilled. This used to be my go to place (got nails done here for my wedding!), but in the last 3-4 years the skill level and customer service have greatly decreased.

First time I went it was great I had the thicker taller lady she did great. This time I went had a diffrent lady and she butchered the skin on my feet. She seen what she was doing I seen the look in her face once she realized but SAID NOTHING and switched graters. I didn't start feeling the cuts and burning til a little after the service but seen the cuts right away. She literally avoided what she did and then asked me for a tip. I will not be coming back. Spent $128 on multiple services to leave so butchered I can't even wear sandals and they feel like sand paper now. So much for Spring Break feet. I definitely should have been offered a discount ontop of acknowledgement and apology. If I knew how to add pics I'd upload them!!!!

They were nice bur less than 1week my polish came off. I had hel nails and toes done it's awful To pay so much money and your jail. Polish comes off in less than a week
