I had an appointment but still had to wait about 15 minutes before being seen. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve much after that. My technician was Shelly. While she was polite, I wasn’t happy with the final result. Two of my nails required extensions, and those are the ones that look misaligned and bulky compared to the rest. The shaping isn’t consistent, especially from the side. The cat eye design also doesn’t look properly executed as the effect appears uneven and not well defined. Final edit 9/29: I am still very disappointed and after trying again will not be returning. My nails honestly look terrible. I asked the tech (who ended up being the same one I got last time and was dissatisfied with - see below pink nails) and am even more dissatisfied. I had a text conversation with the owner about the pink nails and my poor visit and we scheduled this one I had today. I am in a profession where I can (as of now) only have clear polish but I still want the joy of pretty nails. So I asked the owner exactly how to ask for a clear manicure that looks like natural nails but still cute. I showed the tech the photo the owner sent me and said exactly how the owner said to ask (American manicure) yet still came out with extremely poor nails. They are uneven and poorly done.once

I had such a wonderful experience with Nailmaste! It was my first time at this Salon and my first ever time getting nail art. The nail tech I worked with, Anna, was extremely kind and patient! She helped turn my nebulous idea into something tangible. I greatly appreciate her creativity and talent, as this is by far the most stunning manicure I’ve ever gotten! We did gel on top of my real nails and they turned out magnificent!

I came here for the first time based on good reviews, but I will not be returning. I booked an appointment for a pedicure, but the service felt rushed from the start. I asked the nail tech to cut my nails shorter, and she refused, saying she would just file them instead. She filed them crooked, and even after I pointed it out, she didn’t correct them. After painting my nails, I noticed polish on my skin. Instead of properly removing it, she just tried to scratch it off with her nail — which didn’t work. The pedicure itself was mediocre, but the polish application was unacceptable. When she finished, she didn’t acknowledge me at all and immediately hurried off to her next appointment. Treats customers poorly if they do not want the marked up services. There are definitely wonderful individual technicians. But the management was extremely rude for requesting a simple manicure. Unfortunately, can't do the expensive services every time! Was a long term customer otherwise - for years.
