Nails 2000

Nails 2000 has always been my 1 STOP SHOP! I’ve been going here since I was about 15, I am 32 now. For about the past year and a half, Thersa has helped me outgrow nail tips completely and I am fully all natural with an overlay. Never in my life did I think that was possible but she did that! I call this my one stop shop bc I get my nails, feet, lashes & facial wax all here. Lashes have great retention, won’t need a fill for about 2/3 weeks. Best pedicure in town! Ya toes will never come out cleaner (paint) anywhere else, I promise. Call for appointment! I don’t know of any other place that doesn’t since Covid so please make an appointment, no deposit needed either (loved that)

I came in requesting if it would be possible to do refill builder gel with chrome on a time crunch (only had 45 mins before I had to run to an appt) and Teresa said no problem and did a great job! Really appreciated the efficiency and flexibility without sacrificing quality!

Theresa makes up prices and includes tips into her prices. That’s why there is no prices listed in the salon besides the pedicure list with pricing & with even that being up she still makes up prices. Ridiculous I’ve always had issues with different pricing every time and I’ve always showed love and never went to anyone else for years so I never understood . I kept quiet all these years, but today was my breaking point. Just tired of her doing this to me. I don’t think I’ll be going back unfortunately! Also when Theresa rushes her work is trash and doesn’t last long. Nails/lashes/ pedicure. However Tammy does the best pedicures but I just can’t anymore! Hit or miss!

I went in on a Wednesday afternoon for a gel over acrylic manicure. Walking in there was only one woman being worked on in the cramped, warm corner shop. No one greeted me upon entering and I sat there for approximately 5 minutes before I was addressed. They had a vast selection of gel, dip and acrylic nail colors, HOWEVER... When the "nail tech" asked me what color I wanted I told her I'd like her opinion on a design that I wanted to show her. She immediately was taken aback and started that she "didn't do designs", "didn't know how to do designs", that they were "too busy for a design" and that I should "make an appointment if I want a design". I have never heard of a nail salon not being able to do what they are there to do! I'm from St. Louis, so maybe this is Boston thing? Also, she
