Nails 2000

Truly so rude. The lady yelled at me because I have an allergy and was trying to explain to her. I couldn’t have something that she was trying to actively put on me. The next time I went to still try and support their business she was sitting on her phone looked at me, rolled her eyes and told me that she was busy and booked the rest of the day. Yikes.

I just love coming to Nails 2000. They are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. Shout to Mr. Thomas and his crew for keeping a clean facility. I always have a wonderful experience. Thank you Thip for doing a great job on my 💅 nails! Try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Waited for 45 minutes to get my nails done only for the guy to take another 20 minutes to take his time rubbing the lady’s hands with lotion only to then continue to ignore that I was waiting more while he looked at each finger again after she told him everything looked good and started to grab her purse he still found something else wrong! Don’t waste your money with people like this!!! Horrible customer service!!!

I’ve used this salon for about 20 years and have never been disappointed. If my choice of color doesn’t look right, they make a change without eye rolls or comments.

Such a bad experience. I used to come here a lot because they have great prices. Although I was getting my nails done and they were all talking about me and how my nails were long, one of the workers said “Ew too long”, when they weren’t that long. It was so highly uncomfortable for me and I wanted to leave. Then, I wasn’t even given the right shade I chose and while they were painting a completely different color onto my nails mid way I was asked if it was okay. It was just highly uncomfortable and I won’t be returning.
