Nails 2001

Na they messed up my eyebrows! At first they were doing my eyebrows nice ,I go today and straight butchered my eyebrows im really really upset, I normally tip $5 just for eyebrows but sorry charlie not today or ever again!!

My experience has been nothing but positive and satisfying with Nail 2001. I do feel like the owner does a better job on nails and designs tho. But that's just my opinion. They have a large selection of nail polish colors and nail designs that you can choose from. Very nice establishment. You can get your eyebrows waxed your eyelashes done just all around. Good place to go. Prices are reasonable not too high.💅🏾🦶🏾

Definitely never coming back here. It’s mediocre work and the service is awful. I just wanted a nail repair on a set I had gotten done elsewhere.I was removing everything in week but still didn’t want to walk around missing a nail. I grew up in the area so I figured I go and get it fixed real quick. Mike was pretty rude (not abnormal I’ve seen this from him plenty of times) he seemed irritated that I was there. The salon was empty with the exception of one other customer. Nothing super dramatic happened he repaired my nail. It was very uncomfortable, the energy in the salon was dark and heavy even on a warm sunny day. There is so much more but why bother. I’m just never returning. I’d rather take off from work and drive to Philadelphia together my nails done. IF YOU CARE ABOUT WHO YOU SP

This is what my nails looked like the day after having them done here. I called in and asked if they could please fix them and they said yes, so I made an appoitment. The following day i went to the nail salon for them to fix my nails since i had a job interview. Upon entering the store I spoke with the front desk, I explained that I had spoken with the owner yesterday and he made an appointment for me to come in. After explaining This I was told that in order for them to fix my nails I would have to pay an extra charge. I felt as if This was not right so I asked her why are you charging me to fix something that was not done right in the first place two days ago?. She got very rude and unprofessional with me so i decided to leave This was my first and it will be my last time going to this

Walked in and walked right out . Very very rude . No one acknowledges you upon arrival. I asked for a pedicure he pointed his nail file at the chair like I was a child . We really need to stick together yall. They don’t deserve our business and money . You have to teach people how to treat you these days .I see they have been open for years and for comfortable And cocky . I hope this review will get through to someone . I told my friend of my experience and she had similar she said she believes his name is Mike and he is the owner . I don’t spend my money with rude people .
