Nails 4 U

We were able to walk in right away but I was disappointed in the initial service. My daughter had acrylics and had asked before we sat down if they could do a specific design. She was told yes. Both of us felt like the technicians were super rushed and frantic. My nail tech started working on my hands before I had soaked them so I asked if my service included a manicure because my cuticles were in bad shape. She said yes and then got water to soak but she immediately proceded with the service and my nails soaked for about 30 seconds. Kim started applying the gel nail base when my cuticles and nail beds were still absolutely wrecked. She also didn't have me wash my hands in between, maybe that is axceptable but not what Im used to. I told her I felt rushed and that my nails still looked rea

): this was a sad experience. I never get to get my nails done. My fiancé paid for me to get a set before our vacation and for my birthday. Don’t get me wrong my ladies were very nice! I did get a very nicely done pedicure. Another lady did my nails while I was getting my pedicure which was super uncomfortable to sit in. No biggy tho.. after everything was said & done I looked at my nails horrified.. almost every single one of them are lumpy.. like noticeably lumpy.. there was barely any prep work. I got these done not even 24 hrs ago.. they are THICKK. It just seems it was a very rushed job which is really unfortunate because this was suppose to be something relaxing. I would get another pedicure there but would not recommend a manicure. /:

Very good experience. She was very friendly. Her name is Lily just have to make an appointment. Really good customer service.

Today was my first time there and Lily was absolutely amazing! She made me feel pretty! Not to mention she was very kind and informative on all my questions!! I will be returning!!

Was charged $30 to get my nails removed which took them less than 10 minutes to do since it was a gel overlay. When I asked how they came up with that number, the lady said it was $15 for removal (understandable) but an extra $15 for clear polish THAT I DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR since I had press ons I was putting on later that day.
