Have been coming here for years. Highly recommend Diane and Lucya - both are owners. I get gel manicure and pedicure done - my nails always turn out beautiful! Make an appointment so you don’t have to wait!

Beginning of December my granddaughter and I went to this business, I spent almost $200 between the both and things were a little fishy then and my first time. So, the end of December I took my granddaughter back for the New Year's to get service I took her on December 30th to get touch up service for January. We went to this business it was about 3-4 techs and they had someone, the owner asked what did I need, I told her and all the time never looked up to acknowledge us, she said do you have an appointment I said didn't know I had to have one because the beginning of the month I didn't. So I said can I make an appointment, she said yes but never reached for an appointment book or anything and still didn't give eye contact. So, since she never responded to even make an effort we left out.

The staff is friendly and very welcoming.The Salon is spotless. Every time I had an appointment,I was seated immediately. My tech is Helen.I've been with her for 8 years,starting at a different location.

I started going to this salon in the beginning of the summer dealt with multiple technicians that were very respectful and polite. Immy experience this time I could not say the same. The nail technician I had was an older gentleman, I initially asked for a pedicure and maicure, left only with a horrible pedicure. The technician argued with because I advised him that I didn’t want him to scrap the bottom of my feet with the metal callous remover. The got upset after telling me he does not use pumice stone on his customer and that I shouldn’t ask for him again. The technician very rude and insisted on arguing with me until I decided to say screw the mani paid for my pedicure and left. Horrible service, the entire facility is poorly ran and operated. I will never spend my money there again.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Place is old and outdated. Terrible customer service. No one greeted me when I entered. Or offered the color wheel of polishes to choose from while I waited. 2 ladies came in after me, separately. And both have been seated before me. After 30 mins of just sitting, I decided to just leave and find somewhere else in the area.
