NAILS BAR & SPA

I am giving two stars ONLY because the pedicure i received was excellent and always is. I typically never come here to get my nails done, only my feet when my normal salon is busy. Big mistake giving them a try. Below I’ve attached a screenshot of what i got vs what i asked for. I wish they would’ve just said “we dk how to do this” instead of spending 2hrs on my nails only for them to look a mess.

This is my favorite nail salon in North Austin. Everyone is really kind and generous. The space is quiet and calming. Make sure you get a hand massage from Winnie! She’s really sweet and kind.

I’ve been here twice now and both times I’ve had a great experience! My last visit I got tips/dip by Serena and the entire process with her was professional, timely and overall exceeded my expectations. She double checks her work, makes sure you are happy with the work done so far and is sweet and personable without being overly talkative. Will definitely be coming back—Thanks again!!

I have always wanted to get acrylic nails done and my daughter had not had her nails done before. We found this one just driving in the area and I am so glad we did! Very clean and welcoming. Everyone is so nice. I had Sam and my daughter had Phil. (I hope I have their names right) We went again a month later and I had someone different, and my daughter had Phil again and she was so glad he was there. He is so nice and so funny. Very professional and we are very happy with our nails. I got the basic pedicure here and acrylic nails I definitely think the pedicure was worth it. Very relaxing and they do a great massage. Super happy with how the cut my nails and were not afraid to get out that grater for my horrible heels. The thing I wasnt that happy with was my acrylic nails. Granted this was my very first time getting acrylic done....but I watch a serious amount of Nail Career Education on YouTube, and I dont think Suzie would approve. I didn't want tips because the glue gives me contact dermatitis unless its applied perfectly and no glue gets on my skin. Well, glue got on my finger and its causing issues. I guess they couldn't do acrylics without the tips? I tried asking if they could use forms to build the nails but I guess they didn't understand? Next thing that b
