I’ve been coming to Nells Beyond on Camp Bowie for years, and my mom has been a loyal customer for over 15 years. The customer service here has always been wonderful. This was the first time I had my nails done by them, and I did have a couple of chips on the ends sooner than expected (my nails usually last about 3–4 weeks). When I reached out, they were actually closed, but the owner still let me come in and fixed my nails right away. That level of care and dedication is rare. They truly stand behind their work and take care of their customers. Thank you, Lisa, for going above and beyond—your kindness and customer service mean so much. This is exactly why we keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Honestly OVERcharged. Messed up my friend toes My nails are translucent , needed another coat. And one nail came off 5 mins down the road. My friend asked for CLEAR and they put pink anyway. Not a fan of being overcharged and having messed up nails for my birthday. Only thing right was my toes and 21 for gel!? That's wild 💀

I kept seeing good review about Rose but the first time I came she was busy and I was in a hurry. This time I had a bit more time and decided to wait for her and it was worth it. In one stripe she got my eyebrows right. She is hard working and so nice. If you can wait ask for her. She knows what she is doing.

What’s 4+4 ? Yeah that’s right ATE that’s what Jenny did to my nails! just moved here from NYC found my new salon first try. It’s beautiful inside & clean they offer drinks. I’ll be back for Jenny to do my fill 💅 it’s a bit of a drive from me but was worth it!
