Nails Bloom

Came in for a simple manicure and walked away with 3 bleeding fingers. Everything started off fine until my manicurist started to rush the manicure because someone came as walk-in to get their pedicure done. Literally just threw some spritz and then put some cheap lotion that did not penetrate since my hands were still wet. The woman had the audacity to ask me if I wasn’t going to tip her and I told her that with 3 bleeding fingers it was officially the worst manicure I’ve ever had done. They lost me as a customer for good.

Spent $100 on my nails for them to break the first day…. went back to Emily and she fixed them just for me to come back again the next day for her to fix them this is a major inconvenience I literally just got my nails done on Friday and I’ll say at least 4 nails already popped off I than went today to get someone to fix them but they’re being very dismissive and rude please don’t waist your money or time coming here and fyi do not get the gel x service it’s not worth it

i was a long time customer here & always tipped well , UNTIL they decided to steal my points. i had over 4000 points (5000 points equals $70 off) & i was saving the points to reach 5000 + so i went to pay one day & gave my card & my points were somehow vanished. she couldn't tell me the date of " when i used them " & seemed like the owner Emily couldn't care less, good riddance!

I've gone to many nail salons. However, I finally found one where I am completely happy with the work they do. The ladies are friendly and do a wonderful job. It's pricey but definitely worth it.

Love this salon. It's my 2nd time here today and I just love the professionalism, courteous and friendly demeanor all of the ladies here have. No one beats their prices. I used to go to Foxy and then Heart Nails but got disappointed with both. This is definitely the best place around 14th Ave.
