Nails by Chelsea

The Lady did a trashy job on May 30 at 12pm She cut my toes nails down when I said not to. Then offered to put a fake nail on to charge me. I said no. I was very disappointed. All she wanted to saw and saw😡. Then when it came to my hands well y’all will see. She kept nicking my fingers instead of focusing on my Nails , she was engaging into a conversation being freaking nosy. But I was being patient and I was being cool because I know I did not have time to go anywhere else to be able to get my nails done. When I was getting ready to pay. I saw things that was not good on my nails. So I asked the lady can you fix it once again she goes and gets the saw and wants to start shaving on my nails at the cash register. I said no it has to be repainted. Could I come back tomorrow to get them fixe

Vu and Chelsea always very friendly and always take very good care of me and my nails. I have been coming here for a couple years now and Vu knows what I like best. He chooses for me and I always love my nails! My nails can go for 4+ weeks at a time without falling off sometimes. Amazing work and great prices.

The absolute best nail salon I have ever been too!! I walked in Friday morning and was instantly seated. It seems like it is run by a small family and each person has their roles. I was in and out in less than an hour with a full set and paid $30! I live in another state and you do not get this kind of service or price anywhere else. Overall I was beyond happy!!

So sad that the low professionalism of this place has sent so many off including myself. If you are okay with the mistreat of the owner yelling and being so unprofessional go there. By unprofessional I mean he the owner (Vu) yelling in front of all the customers there even though I asked him to keep his voice down and to explain to me things nicely as I don’t know. Instead he was yelling and telling me if I didn’t make my mind I had to wait another hour to take the ladies who had just arrived. He will go from one to another and back and forth will not focus on your nails instead send his wife off to help whine he starts and finished one more. Because of this and many other reasons I write this review as I am in shock the way he has been with me. My family and I have been going with him for

Bad service. I tried telling the guy to fix my nail and he said he couldn’t that my nail was like that. He left the powder all over my cuticle didn’t shape my nails correctly. The process for the nails wasn’t good. I’ve gone to other places where they clean my nail and shape it properly. On top of that I wanted my nails done like the last pic with a black French tip and glitter around it. He said he wasn’t doing it Bcz he couldn’t with powder! When I have gotten a tip done w powder. Said he knew what he was doing and he had many years of experience but wasn’t listening to what I wanted. I didn’t pay he trimmed my nails off which was fine Bcz I wasn’t satisfied. But I don’t recommend! They don’t have patience and lack experience.
