0 Star —-I’ve been going to Nails By Cindy for over 10 years, my nail Tech Tammy is really good, I love her work. I even relocated and drive hours just to get my pedicure, and eyes brows done by Tammy. On Saturday 2-21-2026 12pm-1, Tammy and I had a miscommunication about my pedicure. We talked about it and moved on. Tammy husband decides to make a comment to me saying why you complain you only come once a year, Tammy immediately got on to him in their language. Tammy said to me I’m sorry he thinks you’re someone else. I was very offended bc in the month of February alone I’ve been to Cindy’s mail 3 times and I Tip Tammy very well. Beware!! Do not come to this establishment! My only lasted for 9 days. Tried to go back to get them fixed but they were extremely full. Voiced that I didn’t want the same person to redo my nails but they didn’t care so I left! Oh yeah and they double dip in the wax for eyebrows., Very unsanitary!! I do not recommend

My nails quite literally look like they were just being played with. This is what i asked for and what i got. They look too bulky, the gems look out of place, the 3rd flowers look muddy and many other flaws. but + 2 because of the nice lady go to LAVISH SPA & LOUNGE instead 💕

Honestly, I wish I could give zero stars. This was hands down the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I came in for a simple full set and walked out frustrated and completely unsatisfied. First, the staff was incredibly rude. No greeting, no smile—just attitude from the moment I walked in. I felt like I was bothering them by being there. The technician rushed through everything, barely spoke, and didn’t listen to what I wanted at all. My nails came out uneven, lumpy, and several of them started lifting the next day. When I called to let them know, they were dismissive and refused to offer any kind of refund or fix. Also—this place is NOT clean. I noticed dust all over the tools and stations, and I didn’t see them sanitize anything between clients. That alone is enough to keep me

When I asked for French tip, she would not do my toes unless I got a fake nail added. I have NEVER had anyone tell me I need a fake nail to be able to do French tip on my toes. She was very rude and told me I could go to someone else if I wouldn’t do what they wanted.
