Tracy is absolutely the best technician I’ve found in YEARS. She truly tries to satisfy her customer. She doesn’t just do anything she wants, she is concerned with what I want. Tracy and her crew welcome my son and I every two weeks with a smile and great conversation. My hands look marvelous every visit. This is the best hidden jewel in North Houston.

Normally I love coming here. But today was not good. I asked for the deluxe pedicure. She did not put the softener in the water, no scrub on my legs or feet. She did not cut my cuticles. And was in a huge hurry and barely massaged my legs and feet. I do not live in Houston and only got my pedicures when I fly into town. I hope next time is better.

Tracy is the absolute best!!! After trying 8, yes 8, other nearby salons when I moved to the area last year and being disappointed with either the service or quality - I would pay my bill, tip and never go back. Now, my nails are healthier (I use Shellac) than they’ve ever been and after only 2 visits, she remembered my preferred shape and length (shorter & square with smooth/rounded edges…more natural) and got them completely right first time. I am so genuinely grateful for her attention to detail and customer service. 10 out of 10.

I have been going here for years. My nails are curved and often nail techs will cut me or not do my nails correctly. Tracy is the best, she's efficient, nice and does them correctly. She also makes the cutest masks!

My mom and I have been coming here for years! Love these ladies and my mani/pedi are always perfect! Super clean salon!Never have been charged for “additional services” such as shaping like these other salons in the areas do! I’ve had bad luck with other salons in the past but I will always return here 10/10!!!
