I had a very uncomfortable experience at this nail salon and will not be returning. I noticed they were reusing the pruple disposable sponges to scrub customers feet, which is extremely unsanitary. Disposable items should never be reused between clients. The pedicure itself was poorly done. My toenails were filed unevenly and misaligned. Some were round, some were square, and others had no real shape at all. It looked rushed and sloppy. While I was there, the woman in the photo was very rude to another customer, which made the environment uncomfortable. I watched her try to snatch the money out of the customer’s hand while the customer was still counting it. That kind of behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Wish I had read the reviews before patronizing. This was by far the worst nail experience for me. I should have known better when I witnessed the owner watching tv on her phone while servicing a customer. The older lady with the glasses did my nails. The application from start to finish was terrifying. Her quality of work is extremely lackluster. She gave me pink instead of nude acrylic & she used too much. I repeatedly asked her to refile & shape my nails because they were too wide. I asked for thin white tips and her polishing skills were just not to my liking. The pedicure service I received was just as worse.Sad to say but I left this establishment with intent to write this deserving review.

Literally cut me and did not do my nails well and she was pulling my hand so hard and was just yapping and when she cut me she put aziton and it hurt so bad if I could I would put 0/10 what I asked them to do and what I got

Can not understand English very well and try to do what they want to over charge.i went in for an overlay and they ended up cutting my nails and messing up my hands really bad. I will never go back again they need to be reported to the better business bureau

The services was horrible when we first walked in we were asked what did we want to have done and after that nothing else they only had one person doing pedicure & two people doin nails we were not acknowledged we had no idea Julie only go by appointments or only do people that she know when the lady was done doing her side nails, I went to the table she took off the shellac that I had on my nails and tried to put clear acrylic over nude. I told her no she said that they do not have nude powder and she do not do designs so i sat in there from 5 PM to 7:45 and got nothing done but shellac taken off my nails. I will never go back there again. Very rude & so unprofessional no customer service need to be more people friendly especially when we're paying customers
