Long review post!! Must Read!!! I recently had the pleasure of visiting an incredible nail salon called Kreations by Kiki let me just say, the experience was absolutely mind-blowing. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and professionalism from the owner and staff. The salon itself was beautifully designed, with modern, colorful decor. Everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. The ambiance was relaxing, and I felt instantly comfortable. The service I received from Kiki at this nail salon were truly exceptional. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon today. I had booked an appointment in advance and was told to come at 5 PM. But when I arrived, they said the person I was scheduled with wasn’t even there. Not only did they not apologize, but several staff members started mocking and behaving in a very rude and unprofessional way. I felt extremely uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Clients deserve to be treated with respect—not with carelessness and mockery.

Lesley was so good! Super sweet and very nice about changes! I wouldn’t suggest going if you’re on a time strained though because it took about 1 hr and 45 min.

I was charged $75 for a french and the nails were uneven like she just cut them off without measuring like just cutting yk, BTW one nail was crooked, and I get the nails that I got were worth 75 dollars but she should’ve done a discount scene there where uneven and crooked…
