I absolutely love this place! Mimi really has an eye for picking the best nail techs to work with her! I have been going here for a little over 5 years now. I am always pleased with my services!

New to Huntsville and tried out Mimi’s today, the staff was very friendly but there was several issues with my service today. For one the girl who did my toes cut me, didn’t stop to do any cleaning to make sure blood wasn’t on any utensil's or clean my toe up after cutting me. Second, the last pic was the inspo and was told it would be extra for acrylic which I told her I didn’t want, just gel Frenchies, which she said would be $55-$60 but somehow I got charged $78. The work wasn’t at all like the picture I requested. I literally cried when I left because I wasn’t happy with the work. Yes I should have said something but I was already in a rush to leave. My toes hurt from the service, which has never happened to me before. I feel like I wanted my money coming here.

I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. I had read the reviews on this place and was excited to come. I asked for a soak off of my first acrylics, a new set of deep french, and a gel pedicure. I arrived around 10 AM and left at 2:30. The girl who first worked on my nails took forever. (After 2 1/2 hours she hadn’t even started the french.) When she finally started, I kept asking her to fix some nails as they looked horribly drawn on. What’s worse, is I noticed that they were crooked, all different sizes and significantly uneven. The first girl cut me, cut too much of my cuticles off, and then complained when i asked her to fix them. I finally asked someone else to do my nails, and the owner came over to look at my nails and talk to me about what I didn’t like. She expressed

Love love love my nail spot. Emily is amazing and always fit me in and does my nails whenever I need her. She does designs and doesn’t make me wait. I’m always on the fence about my nails but she listen and does them as I ask🦋🦋🦋Emily is great book book her 💖💖
