Nails By Neat

Love it here! It was hard for me to find a place after moving back to Indy that I liked & Nails by Neat ticks every box. Great prices and my nails last at least 3 weeks. Anna is a great nail tech & everyone that works there is so sweet

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I want to hopefully help someone else from having an experience like this. I was excited to try a new place and my tech was very nice and meticulous so no complaints about her! But my 11:15 appt didn’t begin until at least 11:45 and I had no call or message giving me a heads up. At a salon in the past, I was scheduled for 12:30 and they called asking if I could do 12:45 because of running behind just 15 minutes. Something like that would’ve been nice in this situation especially since I had a job to get to later that afternoon. Additionally, there were no color books or the color swatch sticks. It was bottles of nail polish unorganized on a table, not even on shelves or anything. So trying to pick a color in that situation added a lot of time too. A ba

I won’t go anywhere else. They’re always open to duplicating ideas I bring but also so creative with their own nail art and awesome at mixing custom colors. Even when I just need a simple mani they do a fantastic job. I constantly get compliments on my nails!

I LOVE this place!! I’ve been getting my nails done by Riane for over a year and she makes them look amazing every time! She is creative, careful with my natural nails and helps me when I’m indecisive. The staff are all welcoming, the studio is inviting and they always have the best colors to choose from. Don’t miss out on Nails by Neat, Riane and the entire staff!!

I came here a few years ago and my experience was less than stellar. I showed an inspo picture and walked out bright Easter nails when I wanted soft colors. The owner ended up seeing my notes on their scheduling platform of my experience and offered to fix them but even said they couldn’t do these nails normally. Because of this, I decided to give it another chance and try another tech. I asked for muted red with soft chrome and the appointment was overwhelming again. I was offered bright red colors with chrome and truly at no point did anything align with my inspo. They don’t have color swatches, they just bring you colors they pull if they think it be a good match. I walked out with bright Cajun red. I ended up paying to fix these, which is not something you should need to do after drop
