Nails By Nikki

Had one manicure here that looked good, but the acrylic lifted and popped off in less than 10 days. Came back for a second acrylic set (guess I should have learned the first time) and the man who did my nails could not have done a worse job. I had acrylic powder dried all over my fingers, huge clumps of acrylic left under the nails, painted acrylic over my cuticle, ended up with different length/shape nails. I left before he painted my nails and ended up having to go to CVS up the road and getting things to fix it myself. I still paid $35 when they absolutely should not have charged me for this mess…

This place has gone so downhill since new owner took over. Not enough staff & not very hospitable. It’s a shame bc it was a great place to have in the neighborhood…

DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE I paid for the lady to soak my acrylic off she took 75% to of it off Now I have to pay for it to get fully taken off also my paint does not look good and my hands are crusty looking

The overall experience with Nikki and her team is irreplaceable. I’ve never had a nail tech up until dealing with Nikki and it’s been over 3 years and I have never switched & don’t ever plan on it. Cant wait till my next appointment ❤️

I went once there 2 years ago and the service provided was terrible. I decided to give it a try again few weeks ago, since it is really near to my house. First time I went back service provided was much more better than it used to be, so I decided to go again today. While I was getting g my pedi done, my provider offered me a massage for 10 min/$11, that I have accepted. After one minute, I have kindly ask her to stop since it was far from a massage. She started to scream at me saying it was not a massage place! She was super rude! So I have ask her to finish the pedi and I left. I do not recommend that place. The quality is really so, so and the staff is really not nice.
