I went in for a pedicure and did not have a good experience. My feet were scrubbed for maybe 10 seconds, the massage was extremely quick as well. I was the only one in there, so not busy at all. The whole pedicure was completed in about 20min. Aside from that, my biggest issue was the nail trimming. I left with a few bloody toes, but this one was the worst of them all. Also as you can see, the polish is not neat either. I had a bad experience here many years ago, but thought I’d give it another shot since my usual nail salon was closed. I will not be back

Have not been disappointed with the work. Julia is the best. She takes her time and makes sure you love the work at the end.

I called to ask if they can remove ingrown toe nails. They said yes. I put my feet down on a towel that has bleach marks and I'm starting ti worry if the tools are clean. Then the lady starts using the sharpest toe nail trimmers to remove cuticles. That's dangerous she hurts me I ask her not to remove my cuticles with that tool admits overkill and if I get cut can get infected. She agrees. Then removes the wrong side like it's an ingrown toe nail with the same tool. Wrong toe! Ouch! It's bleeding I should sue so she can't do this to someone else. I shouldnhave known better with the name of the place being so antiquated and the lack of funds for clean towels.

I just got my nails done here recently and I'm not happy with my experience at all 3 days after I payed $45 for a full set of acrylic nails with gel nail polish I washed my hands and the polish on the corner of my thumb nail on my right hand lifted and broke off. then later on that day the tip of my nail on my pointer finger on the same hand broke off. She didnt make sure the tips were glued on properly or make the acrylic thick enough. The younger lady who did my friends nails seems really dedicated to her job though.

Very slow, don't care about new custsomers, and the worst part is I watched them pull out tools from the soiled tools multiple times. I'll be reporting it. People can feet and legs if they get a staph infection from them using soiled tools. Disgusting. Disgusting. Edited to add it got worse, I wrote this review before she finished. I got callus remover and she tried to use the cheese grater tool on me, I told her "No Stop" as soon as I saw it. I had to tell her to only use the disposal scrub sponge on me. For anyone who doesn't know those are BANNED in nail salons because it's impossible to properly sanitize them and they can transfer bacteria and cause all types of infections. I did not let them paint my toes I need to be on the look out for infection, I didn't let them do my full set on
