My girls and I and my mom came here for our wedding nails. My girls got pedicures and their nails. I got my nails done . My mom received a manicure. I am very happy with the work. Our nails are beautiful. Service was fast and efficient. I just wish I knew their names. Salon is very clean. It's definitely a great, salon.

My tech rushed the whole process and I understand if you have alot of clients, but thats not an excuse to skip over important steps like cutting the cuticles or cutting the natural nails. At this point I could've gotten fake acrylics for $10. Due to the fact that my tech was rushing, my skin got cut from the buffer and some of my fingers are raw now because she filed them too fast. At the end some of my nails were bleeding. Im puzzled that I let myself pay 50 dollars when I was basically treated with poor customer service 💀

I walked in with no appointment at 11:30. I requested a gel manicure and a pedicure. I was told to pick out a color. An hour later, I am still waiting and I asked how much longer. I was told they could see me at 3:00. I stated they should have told me I needed an appointment even though their website states walk-ins welcome. I left and will not plan on returning.

Dip Didn’t last…. Came off within a week. Techs use same instruments for everyone and don’t use gloves, which I didn’t like. Customer service was good and they were pretty fast, which I appreciated.

I enjoyed going to this nail place. Everything was clean and the people were friendly. They did a great job. Highly recommend this nail salon. I've been to too many other salons in the Richmond area and they're just not very good. The prices were very reasonable. Been here every month. Still a great experience. Even when they were very busy, they take their time and get you right.
