NAILS by Us

This was the worst nail experience of my life. I paid $66 for terrible work (tho they told me 35 $ when I was making an appointment). I asked for an oval shape and got a badly done sharp shape that wasn’t even sharp, just completely misshapen. The nails looked uneven and sloppy. Her professionalism was ZERO. I left angry and extremely disappointed. I recommend Never go here.

Yes, I had an appointment. I was one hour late because I do not live in the state. they took me in really quick. The lady who did my pedicure was sweet. And the lady who did my manicure did not listen to me and did what she wanted with my nails. She tried to file them with a nail filer. Because they were way too long. I am not a 21 year old. I am in my late forties who requested beautiful short natural looking nails I just couldn't deal with it. I had a wedding to I will never ever go there. They look horrible.Too long still On top of that, she had an attitude with me and spoke in her language, which is very disrespectful. I speak 3 languages that I don't speak different languages with other people who don't understand it. Waste of money. It started with twenty five dollars for a manicure

This was the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. The lady that did my nails did the worst job ever. She cut my nails so unevenly it is horrible. I asked for a straight cut and she made them round when I asked her, “are you cutting straight?”, she replied yes. She cut my nails SO deep now its inflamed and hurts. Not even just the shape but the polish too! The nail polish she put on is terrible that I could have done a million times better. Overall this was a disgusting place and I would DEFINITELY not recommend. I inserted an image I took RIGHT AFTER getting home from the salon.

I had regular mani & pedi, and normal mail polish. I had 2 ladies working on my hands & feet at the same time, and they finished in less than an hour. Their work is professional & I liked the result. It cost me $40 which is great compared to others in the same street. The place isn’t fancy, but it does the job. One thing bothered me, as I was trying to make a conversation with the ladies doing my nails, the guy working on the nails of another customer would immediately turn to look at us & listen to what the employees will say to me, and they’d immediately stop talking. It’s so obvious he’s a snitch & they’re treated like slaves!! The place is too quiet. Other than that it’s all good. If you wanna tip the employees, you need to get cash.

I love Nails by Us until now I’ve never been disappointed Kevin is the best. The place is friendly and the stuff are friendly.
