Nails Couture

My experience here was horrible! First off I got a pedicure deluxe that was 65.00 when I got to the counter it was 115.00.. I was offered a margarita not knowing that I would be charged 15.00 for it. Then the one chick was very rude asked me to leave for no reason just for her co worker to tell me to come sit in her chair. This whole nail shop is a joke They can’t do nails or feet, I got a gel toe didn’t know it was 20.00 as well jus for polish and 5 rhine stones that fell off when I got home. I will never visit this Place Again just off the strength that the lady was very rude and over charged!

I gave this place 1 star because the shop is nice inside that’s all! I gave this place 3 different chances and the last visit was for SURE the last. 1. They put too much polish on where it’s so thick it chips QUICK 2. The girl who did my nails had the nails so thick! When you turn your hand palm up the nails are thick at the top! She didn’t drill the nails down or anything. Then she kept staring at me as if she KNEW it was a mess and waiting for me to say something. Each visit I thought maybe it was that person doing them. Also the place was emptier each time. I was right they just suck.

If you wear long nails this nail shop is not for you. They do not specialize in Quality work just designs. I experienced bad lifting and breaking of my nails.When I tried to explain to shop owner that I was offered Glue by her employee to fix the lifting of my nails,she over looked my complaint because she has been dealing with one of nail techs for years that she always over the unprofessionalism her attitude towards customers . I was banned because I didn’t keep it quiet about my terrible service! And that’s fine because the way they do nails you might as well go somewhere because they will eat you up in Repair fees! The customer service Sucks and the quality of the acrylic of how it’s laid. I had just left and told the owner I was unsatisfied with the work and designs and she told me

I've gone to this shop twice. Both times my shape and polish were amazing! The best sets I've had in Memphis. Both times were quick but came out great. Just ask for what you like (more shaping, thick acrylic, additional coat of polish, shorter etc.) and they will do it no problem. I have witnessed a guest get rude and they did respond to the guest in the same matter which is expected. The customer service is along what I expected. There's not a whole lot of conversation outside of your nails which doesn't bother me. I like solidarity when I'm out and about. I would recommend them. As I said shaping and polish were outstanding both times and that is difficult to find in Memphis!

I used to come faithfully until about 3 years ago. I came to get my nails done for my wedding and the nail tech cut me taking off a set done there. She cut my nail so deep I was bleeding. Then put acrylic over it to stop the bleeding which burned really bad. When I asked about paying full price since she cut me she said I had to pay no matter what. I loved the owners as they were awesome but the young lady cut me not once but twice when I went back to give her another chance. ......... Ok so update, I went back and was so happy I did. The owners were there and as I stated they are awesome so I was extremely happy. They are adhering to Covid standards and I love the strictness about them. They don't play any games and are always nice and friendly. I guess I'm back home 😀😂
