Nails Fantastic Perimeter

This was the worst experience of my life! I’m not even the type to leave a review but that shows how absolutely horrible this was. My nail ended up snapping in a way that is not normal at all, and when I told them about it, they acted like it was no big deal and basically tried to blame it on “accidents.” A properly done nail does NOT just break from walking or regular movement. What really bothered me was how they handled it. No real concern, no responsibility, no offer to fix anything. Just attitude and excuses. Now I’m dealing with pain and medical bills because of their sloppy work. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. This place is not worth your money, your time, or your health.

It was our first time at ails Fantastic! And the spa lives up to its name. Beautiful place and skilled, kind and professional staff. We had a wonderful pedicures… the best I have had in a very long time. I highly recommend this place and will be back

The tech clipped my cuticles way too far back, to the point where it was pretty painful and a few of them bled during the manicure. That being said, my nails look great and this is probably one of the neatest manicures I’ve ever had. Not sure if I would go back though.

I came in for manicure; and requested clear gel polish . I normally get SNS nail color but this visit I wanted to have something simple. Just wanted neat cut nails without color. I was charged $48.. which is ridiculous. $10 charge for removal of my previous SNS color. When I inquired about the charge for the take off. I was told they charged me this time because I chose gel. It would have been free if it was SNS manicure. I go there every three weeks for the last six months, but will not ever visit again. I know everyone is dealing with the increase of goods and services but it shouldn’t be at the expense of trying to get over on clients. Especially those that support your business consistently. $10 to take off a color because you choose a less expensive option should not be a po
