I had a good experience getting manicure here. The owner of the salon greeted me with a smile and she was the one who attended me. I like how she gave me advice on nail shape, cuticle care, and color choices that would suit my hands and last longer. My manicure turned out clean, polished, and exactly what I was hoping for. I was here on a Monday and saw that they had 15% for cash payment over $40. This made the manicure a lot more affordable especially in this economy. I’ll be back.

I arrived at Nails First around 11:30 a.m. This used to be one of my go-to salons, but unfortunately, the quality and atmosphere have gone downhill. The staff no longer greet or engage with customers the way they used to. The female owner was the only one who spoke to me during my visit. My pedicure was done without care or attention to detail. At one point, the technician made a comment in another language while working on my feet, which I understood. I responded, explaining that my skin is simply dry. It was disappointing to realize that some staff assume African American customers only speak English — a mistake on their part. Came here on 2/13/26 for a plain, short fullset.Was charged a few more dollars when she was finished.I asked why was I charged more than the posted amount ($43 for fullset). She said because I got an “overlay with tips”. I didnt walk in asking for that so why charge me differently?! I only have two stars because she did an ok job on my nails.I won’t be returning!

I do not and would not recommend this location. I went in for a simple fill in and french tip, and it seemed like I was getting pranked. The person who attempted to do my set, was young and probably wasn’t licensed. She did not touch my cuticles, the shape was awful. She knew she didn’t know how to do what I asked before I asked. She really played with my fingers. It looks like press on nails. It looks like I attempted to do them myself with my left hand knowing I’m right handed. Tried charging me $65, and it was no way I was paying that price whatsoever. The manager didn’t care. She did take the set off for me and gave me a solid color. No apology, no discount for the misunderstanding, nothing. I won’t be going back. Such a disappointment.

Called for price on pedi & refill... then they quoted another price saying+ $8 for gel removal once i was in the pedi chair... i will go elsewhere for my refill... will not be back... that was the fastest pedi i ever received in life there was only 1 other person there... what was the rush no relaxation at all... no customer service in trying to keep clients
