Nails & Hair AH

When I arrived, the nail technician was doing her hair and I had to wait. Once she started on my pedicure, she rushed through it and the quality was very poor. It felt like it was her first time doing a pedicure. The lady doing her hair was rushing her to finish with me, which made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, I’m very disappointed and feel like I could have done a better job at home.

DO NOT VIST THIS SALON. Should have looked at the reviews before I came. Worst pedicure of my life. Seemed like it was her first time doing one. Took forever. Smudges, paint on my skin, everything uneven etc. REALLY bad experience. Told the owners and they didn’t care or offer a discount or anything of that nature. Really bad experience overall

I had my nails done by Stephanie today and she was amazing. She’s super friendly, very gentle, and incredibly professional. She took her time, made sure everything looked perfect, and created a really relaxing experience. My nails look fantastic and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend her!

Should be 1 Star but since my technician was good I will give 2 stars. My pedicure was great, meticulously done and regular nail polish was perfect. My gel mani was horrible. The lamp or nail polish were probably broken/old because almost all the polish came off less than 3 hrs later. Very frustrating because I don’t live in the area the only recourse that was given to me was to come back to get it fixed. I was not offered a refund. I loved my experience and went here based solely on reviewed but the fact that my gel didn’t even cure is horrendous. UPDATE I went back and got the gel redone but still doesn’t excuse my experience. Changed my stars to 3 instead of 2. Had to change the color.

Ask for LISBET at Nails and Hair Ah, call them to make an appointment. I have been coming to Lisbet for nails for 6 months now. She is the sweetest Cuban lady who gives best mani pedi in west Palm- very professional and attentive to detail. Every time I leave LOVING my nails and feeling like a queen. She is the BEST at rubber base gel, it lasts for 4+ weeks and she makes getting my nails done such a fun experience. Cuticle work is also unmatched. 10/10!!! ⭐️
